Preparing your gift
Each gift is prepared after you order. Typical production takes 2–3 business days before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping to the United States
- Standard shipping with tracking: Free. Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Optional Priority shipping: $11.99 USD. Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after dispatch, where available at checkout.
Production time is additional to transit time. Priority upgrades transportation; it does not skip production. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holiday demand, weather, carrier interruptions, and other disruptions may affect timing.
Available destinations and charges
Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination entered at checkout. The free Standard offer applies to eligible United States orders. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you pay. If ordering to a destination outside the United States, check the available service and any import requirements before ordering; the U.S. offer and estimates do not apply automatically.
Tracking and delivery questions
Use the secure order-status link in your confirmation or shipping email. Tracking appears when available, and a newly created label may take time to receive its first carrier scan. You can also visit Track Your Order.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not received, or sent to the wrong address, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and explain the available solution. Your rights concerning delay, non-delivery, or a defective order are not limited by carrier estimates or our production partner’s claim rules.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we will contact you about the delay and your available cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law.
