Your gift

Each Forever Love gift includes one necklace in the selected finish, one rotating rose gift box, and the fixed message card shown for your chosen recipient. A two-gift bundle includes one My Love gift and one Dear Mom gift, with separate finish choices. Customer text customization is not offered for these designs.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Check the selected items, any applicable discount, shipping option, tax, and final total before paying. Payment methods available for your order are displayed in checkout. Promotional terms are shown with the offer; eligible automatic discounts are applied in the cart and checkout.

The additional 20% pair saving applies to the qualifying My Love and Dear Mom pair at their current selling prices. The qualifying discount and total appear before payment. A crossed-out reference price is separate from the additional bundle discount.

Orders and delivery

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Your order confirmation identifies the items purchased. Contact us promptly if anything is incorrect. Production and delivery estimates, available destinations, and shipping options are described in our Shipping Policy.

If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law. We will not substitute a different gift without your agreement.

Returns, problems, and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to contact us about damage, an incorrect item, cancellation, or a return. Contact us before mailing a product. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits our responsibility where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Using this website

Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse another person’s details, interfere with the checkout or security, or copy our original artwork for commercial use without permission. Product photographs may appear slightly different across screens; this does not excuse a materially different or faulty item.

Privacy and communications

See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Necessary order and service messages are separate from optional marketing subscriptions.

Questions or disputes

Please contact Jeweluxe Gifts first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not remove rights to seek help from a competent consumer authority or court, or protections that mandatory law gives you where you live. Updates to these terms will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
